From promoting parties to building Prime.
I got my start in this industry as a nightlife promoter during my college years at Trinity College in Connecticut, where I studied political science. For two years, I worked for a promotional company in Hartford, learning every facet of the business — from ticket operations to bottle service to full nightclub management.
But something about the industry never sat right with me. The deeper I got into the Connecticut nightlife scene, the more I saw it for what it was: a fragmented, self-interested market with little loyalty and even less collaboration. That reality caught up with me when I lost $15,000 on a deal with the same team I was working for.
That experience became the turning point. I set out to build something different — a media and marketing company centered on collaboration instead of competition, where venues, brands, and people could grow by working with each other rather than against each other. The model worked. We expanded across Connecticut, then into Boston.
From there, it became clear the same approach could work far beyond nightlife. Today, Prime builds personal brands and content strategy for private chefs, jet charter companies, casinos, restaurants, and construction businesses alike — because the need is universal: every business and every person wants to be seen.
That belief is at the center of how I work: with everyone. Every business has a story, and I believe every one of them deserves the same level of attention — whether you're a hole-in-the-wall spot just getting started or a company doing a billion dollars a year. At Prime, our job is to help bring more money through your door, and we take the relationship behind that work just as seriously as the results.
We take care of social media, so you can focus on your business.
